The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "(a) appropriate orders/directions, directing the respondents to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court to explain their conduct in not complying with the directions given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.03.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 258 of 2022 and thereafter take suitable action against them. (b) appropriate orders/ directions directing the respondents to pay the costs of this petition to the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that principal amount has been received and, therefore, he does not wish to press this petition at this stage any further with liberty to revive the same if the interest is not paid.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case, the interest component which is stated to be pending is not paid. 5.
