% 31.07.2024 Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No. 467/2018, dated 31.12.2018, registered at Police Station-K.N. Katju Marg, New Delhi for offences under Sections 498-A/406/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been discharged from the said case. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
