Crl. M.A. No. 15309/2016 Issue notice. Mr. Kundu accepts notice on behalf of the State. Mr. Singh accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2. This application has been filed by the petitioner to seek substitution of the name of the petitioner in the cause title so that the identity of the petitioner is not revealed. The petitioner submits that the disclosure of her identity in the cause title is causing embarrassment to her and her

minor child.

Looking to the facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose this application. The same is, accordingly, allowed.

The Registry is directed to substitute the name of the petitioner with "Mrs. X" at all places and in all records, including on the official website of this Court. It shall be open to the petitioner to seek removal of the name of the petitioner from the cause title of the case on all search engines such as Google, Yahoo, etc. as well as from the legal journals and academic institutions and academicians so that the name of the petitioner is not disclosed. It is hoped that in future the name of the petitioner is not disclosed.
