% 11.08.2025 In view of the respondent/accused having been discharged by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 24.07.2025, the challenge to the order dated 13.05.2024 passed in trial proceeding, whereby even though the respondent was granted permission to travel abroad from 21.05.2024 to 05.08.2024 but certain onerous conditions were imposed which were assailed by him, is rendered infructuous.

Owing to discharge of the respondent by the Trial Court, no further proceedings are warranted before this Court.

In any case, the permission was for the limited period and the same has also gone past, the proceedings are rendered infructuous on that count as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
