% 12.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 25th May, 2017. Mediation report has been received and perused. Complainant, who is present in Court, admits having settled the matter with the petitioner.

Petitioner has paid `2.50 lacs to the complainant today in Court by way of demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record.

Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the

concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
