A Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0113/2021 under Section 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the filing of the Petition, the matter has been settled and an MOU has been entered between the parties and seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition to file afresh for quashing on the basis of the merits. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

The Petition stands disposed of.
