% 25.09.2025 The matter was listed on 02.09.2025 for compliance in terms of the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 27.05.2025. The relevant paragraphs read as under:- "11. The decree be drawn up in terms of the settlement and paragraph 3 of this application shall form part of the decree. The registry is directed to send a copy of the decree to the Sub-Registrar III, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi for making the necessary endorsement for cancellation on the documents described in paragraph 3(v) of this application, more specifically the following documents:- i.

Agreement to Sell dated 28.04.2022, which was duly registered before Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi vide Document No. 3,591 in Book No. I, Volume No. 19,309 on pages 24 to 31 on 29.04.2022.

ii.

General Power of Attorney registered as Document No. 204 in Book No. 4, Volume No. 4493 on pages 164 to 167 on 29.04.2022 before the Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi. 12.

making an endorsement of cancellation on the original of the GPA and the original of the ATS handed over by the plaintiff today, after the Sub-Registrar III confirms the recording of the cancellation in its record.

List before the Registrar (Original Side) for this purpose on 02.09.2025."

On the last date, i.e., 02.09.2025, it was directed that a fresh communication (enclosing therewith copies of the Order dated 27.05.2025, Decree and the order dated 02.09.2025), be issued to the Standing Counsel (Civil), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) for information and compliance by Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi. Learned counsel appearing for the defendants today submits that the defendants received a communication dated 04.09.2025 from the Sub Registrar-III, New Delhi inter alia directing to visit in person in his office between 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM on any working day along with the original documents mentioned therein. Thereafter, a visit was made on 19.09.2025 when the Sub Registrar-III, New Delhi made endorsement on the first and last page(s) of the aforesaid documents to the following effect:- "This document is cancelled as per direction of Hon'ble High Court Order dated 27.05.2025 in Case No. CS(OS) 308/2025 - Pradeep Kumar Narsaria Vs. Yogendra Kumar Gupta & Others."

Today, learned counsel for the defendants produced the afore-mentioned Agreement to Sell and General Power of Attorney, containing the endorsement(s) made by the Sub Registrar-III, New Delhi and, thus, endorsement of cancellation was also made by the undersigned on each page of the said documents. After getting certified copies of both the said documents handed over to the Dealing Assistant concerned, namely, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Mr. Ravi Kapoor, Senior Judicial Assistant, for keeping the same on record, the said original Agreement to Sell and the General Power of Attorney were returned to the learned counsel for the defendants against the following receipt:- "Original Agreement to Sell dated 28/4/2022 and Original GPA dated 28/4/2022 received back in original after endorsement of cancellation by worthy Registrar (Original)." In view thereof, no further action is called for and the matter be treated as closed.
