This intra-court appeal takes exception to an order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby only prayer made by the respondent/DDA for further time to seek instructions, was granted in respect of the action which has been taken by the respondent/DDA against the unauthorised construction as mentioned in the writ petition. The matter has been ordered to be listed on 08.10.2025.

Considering the fact that the order impugned in the instant appeal is purely and absolutely an interlocutory order, the instant LPA is nonmaintainable.
