W.P.(C) 7714/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) Allow the instant writ petition and set aside the rejection letter dated 20.05.2019 issued by Business Manager, 11KV Sub-Station, Nizamuddin West, New Delhi-110013. (ii) The Petitioner is prayer for a similar relief to be granted to her on the ground of parity vide this Writ Petition as granted by this Hon'ble High Court in the matter of Smt. P. Vasuki vs. BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. in W.P. (C) 11767/2018. This Hon'ble High Court was pleased to grant new electricity connection to an apartment located on the

very same floor as the Petitioners vide order dated 01.11.2018 in the matter of Smt. P. Vasuki vs. BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. in W.P. (C) 11767/2018.

(iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ by directing the Respondent to grant a new electricity connection in the name of the Petitioner at the premises bearing House No.110A, third floor, right side, Village Kilokari, New Delhi-110014.

(iv) Pass any other such appropriate orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the electricity connection shall be granted in the name of the petitioner at premises No.110A, Third Floor, Right Side Village Kilokari, Near Angori Mandir, New Delhi within 48 hours from today, subject to petitioner complying the commercial formalities. The said statement is taken on record.

Petition is disposed of.
