Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in light of the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), New Delhi in Com/28/05/2022, with liberty to file afresh in the event of a cause of action accruing in future. 2.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 3.

Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned senior counsel for the respondent no.1 contends that the said respondent is in the process of pursuing the appellate remedy against the said order dated 19.08.2025. Needless to say, this order has no bearing thereon.
