% 23.01.2017 Fresh C.M.No.2170/2017 (U/S 151 CPC, filed by respondent) It is stated in the application that in compliance of order dated 25.04.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court, an original FDR no. 021091 dated 17.12.2015 for Rs.2,80,743/- being its maturity value, was given to the respondent workman.
By way of this application, the applicant/respondent seeks directions to the Registry allowing him to deposit the FDR bearing No. 021091 dated 17.12.2015 for Rs.2,80,743/- in favour of Registrar General, drawn on UCO Bank, Delhi High Court branch with the Registry. Ld. counsel for applicant/respondent submits immense hardship is caused to the applicant/respondent for realising the aforesaid FDR which is in the name of Registrar General, Delhi High Court and further on account of certain rules & regulations imposed by the concerned bank. Ld. counsel for applicant/respondent also submits that the applicant being a victim of amputation of both upper limbs, is not in a position to get the FDR realised due to above said reasons.

Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application and having regard to the submissions made by ld.
counsel for applicant/respondent, the applicant/respondent is permitted to deposit FDR bearing No. 021091 dated 17.12.2015 for Rs.2,80,743/- issued in favour of Registrar General, drawn on UCO Bank, Delhi High Court with the concerned Deputy Registrar, Delhi High Court.
The concerned Deputy Registrar is directed to accept the abovesaid FDR and get the amount realised and further directed to pay the applicant/respondent by way of cheque.
