The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has entered into an amicable settlement of its disputes with the respondent nos.1 and 2 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and they have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 04.10.2024.

The respondent no.2, who is appearing virtually, also affirms the factum of the abovementioned settlement.

The learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.
