The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent to carry out demarcation, survey, and inspection of land admeasuring 47 Bigha 9 Biswas situated in Village Samalkha, Tehsil Vasant Vihar, District South West, New Delhi, and land admeasuring 2 Bigha 9.55 Biswas situated in Village Rangpuri, Tehsil Vasant Vihar, District South West, New Delhi. 2.

Mr. Ashim Vachher, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has recently received a notice dated 11.09.2025 from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vasant Vihar, stating that W.P.(C) 10290/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. demarcation will be carried out tomorrow, i.e., on 16.09.2025 at 11:00 AM. The notice is addressed to officers of the National Highways Authority of India ["NHAI"] and the Delhi Development Authority ["DDA"], in addition to the petitioner, other landowners, and the Revenue Authorities. The notice is handed up to the Court and is taken on record.

In view of the above, Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel for the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, was requested to take instructions and confirm that the survey will proceed in accordance with the aforesaid notice dated 11.09.2025. The Revenue Authorities have submitted that the survey will be carried out using the total station method and that the expenses of the survey will be borne by NHAI. 4.

In view of the above, Mr. Vachher states that no further orders are required in the writ petition.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of in these terms.

The copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
