The present Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition in view of the settlement that has been arrived at between the parties.

It is submitted in the present application that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties under the "Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme II (Contractual Disputes)", Government of India as the is also admitted by the respondent vide its Letter dated 22.11.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed.
