This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to Respondent Agency to consider the Petitioner's request for taking the Petitioner's statement in ECIR/HIU-I/09/2022 through the Respondent's office in Chennai and to consider the Petitioner's requests for re-scheduling the dates for his appearances.
