These Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing of FIR No.83/2021, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, New Delhi. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State submits that Closure Report stands already filed before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

Learned Counsel for Petitioners submits that pursuant to file of Closure Report, these Petitions have become infructuous. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, these Petions and pending Applications are disposed of as infructuous and not pressed, without prejudice to the rights of the parties to urge their respective contentions before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
