% 31.07.2024 I.A. 35023/2024 (for modification of order dated 24 May 2024) 1.

This is an application by the petitioner seeking a correction in the order dated 24 May 2024, which refers to the arbitrator, who has been appointed by this Court vide said order as a learned retired "Additional District Judge".

The application points out that the learned arbitrator is not a retired Additional District Judge but is an Advocate practicing with this Court.

Accordingly, reference to the learned arbitrator appointed by the order dated 24 May 2024 as an Additional District Judge shall stand corrected.

This application is allowed accordingly.
