This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which was in seisin of the disputes between the parties and which is stated to have expired on 30 April 2024. 4.

dates of hearing. No reply to this petition is forthcoming on record either.

In the circumstances, I am inclined to accept the prayer for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by a period of six months reckoning from today. The mandate shall be treated to be continuing from the date when it expired.

The petition stands disposed of.
