% 26.07.2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) for setting aside order dated 12.04.2021 passed by learned ASJ01(POCSO) East Distt., Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby anticipatory bail was granted to respondent no. 2 in FIR No. 108/2020 under Section 376 registered at P.S.: Shakarpur.

Learned counsel on behalf of respondent no. 2 informs that charge has been framed against respondent no. 2 and he is no more required for the purpose of investigation.

Since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
