These are three petitions under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the ld. In all the three petitions, an Apple Authorized Reseller Agreement dated 10th August, 2018 was executed between the respective Petitioners and Apple India Pvt. Ltd., appointing the Petitioner as an Authorized Reseller for Apple India Pvt. Ltd. Disputes arose between the parties, leading them to invoke arbitration proceedings. Consequently, the Petitioner filed a petition seeking appointment of a ld. Sole Arbitrator on 2nd March, 2022 and the ld. Sole Arbitrator was appointed on the said date. Vide order dated 5th February, 2024, the ld. Sole Arbitrator noted the submissions of the parties that an appropriate application seeking extension of time would be filed. Hence, the present petitions.

In all these three petitions, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the next date in the matter is 5th July, 2024 and the matter is fixed for final arguments. Ld. Counsel for Apple India Pvt. Ltd. has no objection to the mandate being extended. In view thereof, the mandate of the ld. Sole Arbitrator is extended till 31st December, 2024. 5.
The petitions are disposed of. All pending applications are disposed of.
