This is a post-award petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"].

The petitioner has already filed enforcement proceedings [O.M.P.(ENF.)(COMM.) 16/2024], and the respondent has filed a petition under Section 34 of the Act [O.M.P.(COMM) 443/2023] challenging the award.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is therefore disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek its remedies in the enforcement proceedings.
