The present application is filed under section 151 CPC read with section 152 on behalf of the respondent seeking correction in the order dated 02.07.2024 passed by this Court.

It is stated that in para 2 of the order dated 02.07.2024 the particulars of property is inadvertently mentioned as "property bearing no. F-22, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001 comprising entire ground floor measuring 80 square metres approximately" instead of property bearing no. F-22, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001 comprising entire ground floor admeasuring 160 square metres approximately with mezzanine floor admeasuring 80 square metres approximately".

The counsel for the petitioner on instructions stated that he does not have any objection if the above corrections are allowed to be made in the order dated 02.07.2024.

Accordingly, the para no. 2 of the order dated 02.07.2024 stands corrected as under:-
2. The respondent is stated to be the owner of property bearing no. F-22, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 comprising of the entire ground floor admeasuring 160 square meters approximately with mezzanine floor admeasuring 80 square meters approximately which was let out to the respondent/landlord/owner by the predecessor-in-interest of the petitioner/tenant for the use of the shop/showroom. The respondent/landlord/owner filed an Eviction Petition bearing RC ARC No. 5688/2016 titled as Ankur Kathuria V M/s Ivory Mart (a partnership firm) under section 14(1)(e) read with section 25(B) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958.

The application stands disposed of.
