% 15.07.2025 Learned counsel appearing for the parties seek disposal of the present appeal in the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2025 arrived at between the parties through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. A copy of the settlement agreement has been filed on record. 2.
Mr. Rajeev Verma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that, pursuant to the terms of the settlement, the appellant is handing-over a demand draft in the sum of Rs. 50 lacs to respondent No.1 towards full and final settlement of the entire liability owed by the appellant to respondent No.1. The demand draft has been received by respondent No.1 in court.

In the circumstances, counsel seek leave to withdraw the present appeal in the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2025.

The appeal is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn, holding all the parties, who have signed the settlement agreement, bound by the terms of the Settlement.
