W.P.(C) 7784/2019 & CM APPL. 32334/ 2019 We have heard learned counsels and also perused the record produced by the respondents.

Without treating it as a precedent, a working arrangement has been agreed, that though the petitioner would remain posted at Car Nicobar, he would be attached on continuous basis at a location near Mumbai till the

consideration of his separation application in September, 2019. Accordingly, the petitioner shall proceed to take charge at his present posting at Car Nicobar and shall be entitled to return to Mumbai till he receives the Attachment Order.
