On 04.02.2026, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff made a statement that she has instructions to withdraw the present Suit. A lady who had joined the proceedings through video-conferencing that day claimed herself to be the Plaintiff. Since the identity of the Plaintiff could not be verified, this Court was not inclined to accede to the request of the learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and as such, directed the Plaintiff to file an application under Order XXIII Rule 1(4) of the CPC for withdrawal of the Suit along with an affidavit of the Plaintiff. The matter was then adjourned to 26.02.2026.

On 26.02.2026 there was no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff and the matter was adjourned to today, i.e. 27.02.2026. 3.
