The present writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 08.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in OA No.2688/2019. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the original application (OA) filed by the respondent/applicant by relying on its decision dated 25.04.2023 passed in OA No.287/2018.

We find that a challenge to the Tribunal's decision in OA No.287/2018 already stands rejected by this Court by way of order The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
