The present petition was disposed of on 27th May, 2025, with a direction to the Petitioner to inter alia perform one month of community service at Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital, New Delhi, from 1st June, 2025 to 30th June, 2025.

The matter has been listed on an office note pursuant to a letter received from Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital, New Delhi seeking clarification on whether the Petitioner referred to as "Zihad Ahmed" in the judgment dated 27th May, 2025, is the same person whose Aadhaar No. 2411 7004 3231 records the name as "Ziyad Ahmed."

The Petitioner is present in person, along with his counsel. They have handed over a copy of the demand draft for payment of the cost imposed on the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that, in compliance with the Court's directions, the Petitioner has undertaken community service at Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital. It is pointed out that due to a discrepancy in the spelling of the Petitioner's name, he was initially not permitted to commence the service. However, subsequently, the Petitioner began performing the service from 6th June, 2025 to 30th June, 2025. 5.

In light of the aforesaid discrepancy, the lapse from 1st June, 2025 to 5th June, 2025 is condoned. It is also clarified that the person bearing Aadhaar No. 2411 7004 3231 with the name "Ziyad Ahmed" is the same person referred to in the judgment dated 27th May, 2025. 6.

Let the Medical Superintendent of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital furnish a certificate confirming compliance of the Court's directions by the Petitioner.
