% 25.11.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 316/2015, under Sections 420/406/34 IPC, registered at police station Anand Vihar, Delhi is sought in this petition on the basis of settlement reached between the parties. Steps for impleading other accused persons namely Aarti, Prem Mahendroo and Shikha Mahendroo have not been taken by petitioners in terms of last order.
