Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a) Issue an appropriate writ or order /s or direction/ s to the respondent no.3 to release handover the Sale Deed vide Receipt no.6.120 dated 15.05.2022 issued by the Respondent no.3 qua property i.e. F-4, Green View Apartment- 1, Village Mandi, Tehsil- Mehrauli, Police Station- Fatehpur Beri at Jonapur, New Delhi 11004 7 to the petiioner;
b) Issue an appropriate writ or order Is or direction/ s to the respondent no.2 to initiate appropriate legal action against the respondent no.3 for illegally and unlawfully retaining the Sale Deed vide Receipt no.6.120 dated 15.05.2022 qua property i.e. F-4, Green View Apartment-1, Village Mandi, Tehsil - Mehrauli, Police Station-Fatehpur Beri at Jonapur, New Delhi 110047;

committed by the respondent no. 3 qua the person and the property of the petitioner and the mental trauma caused by the respondent no.3 to the petitioner; and d) Pass such other or further order Is which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to secure the ends of justice."

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the sale deed has been handed over to the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
