The learned Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions, states that the application filed by the petitioner seeking parole will be decided within a period of two weeks. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
