After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by inadvertence, the challenge has not been made to the letter dated 12.04.2024, issued by the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, by virtue whereof the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner were initiated, alleging violation of Rule 3, 19 and 20 of Conduct Rules, 1964.
