The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 06.09.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in O.A. No. 1422/2029. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the present petition, the petitioners have realized that the impugned order has already been assailed by the DSSSB by way of W.P.(C) 301/2024, which petition is pending consideration before this Court. In the light of the aforesaid, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the present petition pending.
