This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 7489/2019 & CM APPL. 32644/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions for quashing and setting aside the decision of the respondent nos.2 and 3 with respect to the age of superannuation of the petitioner being 62 years communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 04.06.2019 and Office Order dated 15.07.2019.

The same and similar issue came before this court in W.P.(C) 8597/2009 with other two writ petitions and the same was dismissed vide

order dated 26.03.2019.

Moreover, vide office order dated 23.06.2016 issued by the respondent college that the age of superannuation according to the University letter No.IAUS-III/314-2/2016/641 dated 15.06.2016 of the Librarian and D.P.E. is 62 years and the said office order was communicated to the petitioner also.

Despite, the petitioner has not challenged the same before the appropriate authority, however, now at the age of retirement, he has filed the present petition.

Be that as it may, since similar issue has been decided by this court vide judgment dated 26.03.2016 in the writ petition mentioned above, therefore, I find no ground to adjudicate the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
