This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that petitioner stands promoted to the notional post of PGT (Biology) w.e.f 21.7.2007, and from which date the petitioner has been held fit to be granted the grade of PGT under the ACP scheme. It is agreed that petitioner will not claim any right to teach classes XI and XII, however, if the petitioner otherwise is entitled to higher pay scales and grades on petitioner being granted the PGT grade w.e.f 21.7.2007, then, petitioner will also be entitled to such higher grades, of course in accordance with law and on petitioner satisfying the requirements of relevant ACP scheme.
