The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to allow the petitioner's application for the issuance of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card. The petitioner also challenges the order banning her entry in India. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, states that the petitioner's status under the specified category of "blacklist" has been reviewed and, therefore, her name no longer appears in any of the categories. He further states, on instructions, that the petitioner's application for an OCI card would be processed within a period of three months. In the meantime, instructions have already been given to Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRO) to extend her visa on the same conditions as noted in the order dated 05.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 7187/2018 captioned "Ekaterina Mischenko and Anr. v. Union of India and
Ors."

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
