% 29.11.2019 Petitioner is seeking bail, as he is said to be in custody since 30th March, 2019 in FIR No.91/2019, registered at police station Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi for offences under Sections 354/354D/506/109 IPC read with Sections 10 & 12 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned trial court to avail the remedies, as available in the law.
