% 16.05.2017 The petitioner has challenged two orders in this writ petition viz. the order dated 30.06.2014 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts in CC No.64/1/12 whereby the complaint of the petitioner was dismissed on account of sanction not having been given for prosecuting the accused persons who are Government servants and the order dated 20.02.2015 passed by the competent authority, refusing to grant sanction for prosecution of the accused.
The aforesaid two orders cannot be challenged in one writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to enable him to challenge each of the orders separately
in correct forum.
