This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 28th August 2024. Vide order dated 28th August 2024, the previous order of 25th July 2024 was partially rectified. Vide order dated 25th July 2024, the settlement agreement dated 02nd June 2023, which was arrived at, between the parties, was accepted and the petition was disposed of, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

By order dated 28th August 2024, the payment of the first instalment, which was to be made on or before 09th August 2024 was shifted to 03rd September 2024, since there was some delay. In view of the delayed compliance, the schedule has to be extended.

Counsel for the parties, however, states that the date is now scheduled, for the first motion before the Trial Court, on 15th January 2025. 5.

Considering that the first motion is listed before the Trial Court on 15th January 2025, each of the subsequent deadlines from Sl. Nos. 2-5, shall be proportionately shifted/pushed to subsequent dates, taking into account the delay, and the time period between each of the stages, as stipulated in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
