The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3, to take immediate action against the illegal encroachment upon public land/park and public road by respondent nos. 4 and 5, adjoining property No. M-527, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Accordingly, this Court takes note of the statement of learned counsel for the MCD that the debris from the area in question, have already been removed.

In case, need be, the MCD shall take necessary action for the purposes of construction of new wall to secure its green area. 5.
No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 6.
The present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly, disposed of.
