The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3, to take immediate action against the illegal encroachment upon public land/park and public road by respondent nos. 4 and 5, adjoining property No. M-527, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the said encroachment has already been removed and draws the attention of this Court to the photographs filed on behalf of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, this Court takes note of the statement of learned counsel for the MCD that the debris from the area in question, have already been removed.

In case, need be, the MCD shall take necessary action for the purposes of construction of new wall to secure its green area. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 6.

The present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly, disposed of.
