The arbitration clause, in the agreement between the parties, contemplates an effort at amicable resolution before they seek recourse to arbitration.

Dr. Surat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that efforts, at seeking an amicable resolution of the disputes, are in progress. He, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to re-approach the Court in case the disputes are not amicably resolved, and in accordance with the arbitration agreement between the parties.
