% 18.02.2016 Daughter of the petitioner is present in Court. She claims to have married Suraj @ Bedi who also happens to be her first cousin. Her school report card and voter card have been produced in support of her proof of age, as per which she is a major.

In view of the fact that the daughter of the petitioner has been produced in Court who has expressed her unwillingness to join her mother, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition and prays that the matter may be referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
