In view of the order of even date passed in I.A. 14444/2025 and I.A. 14445/2025, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, binding the parties to the terms of the settlement agreement dated 28.04.2025. 5.

In case there is any non-compliance, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition.
