O R D E R

% 12.09.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 1197/2015, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC, registered at police station Vijay Vihar, Delhi is sought on the ground that the matrimonial dispute stands amicably settled through Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi vide Settlement Deed of 2nd July, 2016 and petitioner No.-1/husband and respondent No.2/wife are living together happily since September, 2018.

Petitioner No.1/ husband and respondent No.2/wife are present in the Court and they have been duly identified by Investigating Officer of

this case.

Respondent No.2, present in the Court, submits that the dispute with petitioners has been amicably resolved and she is happily and peacefully living with petitioner/husband and therefore, the FIR in question and proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed. In terms of last order, status report of 18th September, 2019 has been filed by respondent No.1/State confirming the factum of petitioner/husband and respondent No.2/wife living together. In view of the fact that respondent No.2, who is the complainant of FIR in question, is happily living with petitioner/husband, FIR No. 1197/2015, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC, registered at police station Vijay Vihar, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom, are hereby quashed.
