Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in pursuance to the adinterim injunction order dated 15.05.2025, the plaintiffs had executed a local commission on 22.05.2025 at the premises mentioned in the memo of parties. He states that, however, during the course of the local commission, no infringing products were found at the premises. 2.

He states that before filing the suit, the plaintiffs had engaged the services of an Investigator who had vetted these premises. The affidavit of said Investigator to this effect has been filed with the plaint. He states that the plaintiffs will undertake an in-house enquiry to verify the report of the Investigator.

He, however, states that in view of the non-seizure of any infringing goods on 22.05.2025, the plaintiffs seek liberty to have the suit disposed of and do not wish to proceed in this matter.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the plaintiffs and keeping in view the fact that the plaintiffs have not filed any application for impleading any known entity, the suit is disposed of after observing that the suit has been filed without any cause of action with respect to the premises enlisted in the memo of parties. No liberty is reserved with respect to the cause of action pleaded qua the premises enlisted in the memo of parties. 5.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

Interim orders stand vacated.

7.

All future dates stand cancelled.
