Mr. Praveen Kumar, counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been settled between the parties.

Ms. Pooja, the Respondent, who appears through video conferencing, submits that although a settlement has been arrived at, the agreed payments have not yet been received.

Be that as it may, since the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, the request is allowed. It is, however, made clear that the Respondent shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps for execution of the impugned order in accordance with law, in case the matter has not been resolved as alleged.
