The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer for directions to respondent no. 1 to take action against the unauthorized construction on the plot measuring 200 sq. yards bearing no.D-90/D-91, Khasra No. 223 and 224, 334/228, Abul Fazal Enclave, New Delhi-110025. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), on advance notice, at the outset submits that the property bearing no. D-90/D-91, as given in the present petition, is not the correct number. She submits that upon the inspection of the property by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the officials of the MCD, the property in question was identified as D-89. 3.

The aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the MCD is recorded and taken note of.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/MCD further submits that part action against the unauthorized construction in the property in question has already been taken on 7th April, 2025. She submits that further action of demolition of the unauthorized construction in the property in question is now fixed for 25th May, 2025.

Noting the aforesaid, it is directed that the MCD shall take requisite action against the unauthorized construction in question. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner shall approach to the Special Task Force ("STF"), who shall ensure that the requisite action is taken.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of.
