The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying as undera) To declare and issue a Writ of Mandamus, Certiorari and/or an appropriate writ of similar nature, thereby directing the Respondents to provide information as to whether any LOC has been issued against the Petitioner by any authority, b) Direct the Respondents to provide information of the Look-Out Circular (LOC) if any issued against the Petitioner as the same has not been received by the Petitioner till date;

c) Direct the Respondents to remove the name of the Petitioner from the list of persons against whom an LOC has been opened and; d) Pass any other order or such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances for which act of kindness the humble Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray. 2.

Mr. Ashish K. Dixit (CGSC) who appears for the respondents submits that without prejudice to his contention that the present petition is not maintainable, there is no subsisting LOC against the petitioner as of now. The said statement is taken on record.
