The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "a.

Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus and such other writ, order or direction to Respondent No. 1 and 2 to produce the complete record with respect to the issuance of the sanction plan for construction/ reThe authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

development/ modification at Plot No.3, District Centre Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075.

Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction quashing Sanction Plan accorded to the Respondent No.3 vide Sanction of Building Plan with No.CA/BP/0034/2023 dated 21 July, for construction/ re-development/ development/renovation/ modification Pinnacle Complex at Plot No.3, City Centre, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi including the property of the Petitioner i.e. property bearing commercial space on the ground floor, having carpet area of 1250 sq. ft. (super area of 2500 sq. ft.) at Plot No.3, City Centre, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus and or such other writ, order or direction to Respondent No.3 to restrain from carrying out any construction/ redevelopment/ development/ renovation/ modification at the Pinnacle Mall/ Hotel Building at Plot No.3, Sector- 10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110 075."

Mr. Himanshu Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, on instructions, submits that he will not press the petition any further in case a direction is given to respondent no.1/DDA to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, which is at Annexure P-8 to the present petition, in a time bound manner.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by Mr. Dubey, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1/DDA to consider the representation dated 20.09.2024 of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks after hearing the petitioner, as well as, respondent no.3.
