Leave Petition under Section 378 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Appellant seeking leave to Appeal against impugned Judgment dated 09.11.2020 passed by learned ASJ-04(North), Rohini Courts, whereby, the accused persons have been acquitted in FIR No.0251/2013 under Sections 328/392/394/397/411/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at PS: Alipur, Delhi.

For the reasons stated in the Petition, the same is allowed and be converted into Appeal.
