Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Kiran for quashing of FIR No. 116/2021 under Section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, dated 27.03.2021 registered at Police Station Hari Nagar and to take legal action against the Respondent No. 2 for initiating malicious and false prosecution against the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned ASC for the State that the Charge-Sheet has already been filed in the Court and the Petitioner has been placed in Column No. 12.
